USAF tried to splash E.T.

If I got my Art Bell full on, I'd say it was Wunderwaffen patrolling Europe from Neu Schwabenland under orders from Der Furher.

I'm not positive, but am pretty sure I've overheard and or read on the internets geek types talking about the Nazis "having" ufo "carriers".

Eh?
I am the object of criticism around the world. But I think that since I am being discussed, then I am on the right track.

You're close, Q, but the Nazi UFOs are flying in and out of the hole in Neuschwabenland that leads to the German-speaking interior of our hollow Earth.

i think it is naive to think that you might never have to respond to anything more powerful than you are.

who gives a shit if there's a higher power? whether something is there or not, he doesn't deserve shit, not from us. its a bit preemptively conciliatory to worry about what someone thinks before they have proven that you should care what they think.

fansy, you know i love you whether you think i should or not, so i'm going to throw a big fat "forgive him for he knows not what he says" in there whether you like it or not.

and if that pisses you off then there is only one thing i can say about that...bonus!

you know that doesn't piss me off, denise! i have parents who no doubt do the same every night. i feel bad for you all, having to worry about stuff that doesnt exist, and even if it does, it doesnt matter, but in the end i know even with all your moments of divinely inspired frailty and fear you're happier with your illusions than without. so mo power to ya, luv.

it is the full truth i suffer now but nonetheless, it was apparent to me from our first meeting that you were either incredibly well brought up or terribly uncomfortable with me, of course i like to think it was the former and even the latter although you may have possibly been indifferent or just looking for a convenient excuse.

anyway, there are a lot of things that i could explain to you and everybody else but it wasn't the queen of sheba who could be compelled to write a tell all book but delilah, and we all know what happened to her.

I refuse to impose without exigent circumstance as it is an unfortunate fact of life that good manners will take you far.

it is an unfortunate fact of life that good manners will take you far.

...and why is that unfortunate?

That's a lesson a few other posters could do with taking to heart.
Shes never interfered with me. I have no complaints about her.
Same here.
Mega ditto.
I met her once and I found her to be a nice lady. Not kookey in any way.
Penta has always been gracious, kind and very sane in all my interactions with her.

it's easier to be lazy, sloppy, indifferent, uncaring, dismissive, frank, curt, and rude. at least for me. instead i'd prefer that some mix of those qualities would get you far in life.

to be fair, i wasn't necessarily trying to make that statement inclusive of posting tone/behavior. arguably i'm as rude a poster as anyone around here.

to be fair, i was referring to the existence of alien civilizations and not the Almighty (although the advice also applies) or even the dreaded possibility of underground nazis in my original post, but i know how much you like to think i have a one track mind.

anyway, i found this article most interesting as it relates to standard solar system formation as they are relatively not that far away but fortunately for us, also our juniors...

I caught the ambiguity of your original statement. And my critique of it still stands in the case that 'god' is actually some alien life form.

As regards the new solar system, it was indeed a cool find.

then in the spirit of circular reasoning, my response to your original statement still stands :)

this will be an interesting story to follow as it develops.

in other news, i recently awoke in the middle of the night during some science program to learn that speech has been traced back to one male progenitor, the plot thickens or thins depending upon how you look at it.
