A busy mid week night for us was max 30 to 35 prisoners,compared to a normal 15 to 20 (weekends were completely different !). On this one occasion I had need to contact Glasgow central over a prisoner that we had for transfer to them. Speaking to their custody Sgt, he asked me if we were busy and I replied "We've got 32 in" before I could say thats quite busy for a wednesday he replied "Aye its quiet here too, we've only got 84 in"
