We are being
programmed by our computers
bought by our supermarkets
seen by television
driven by the dictatorship of cars

Man is born free, and everywhere he is in shackles.
I know the law. And I have spent my entire life in its flagrant disregard.

It's tough, it really is. You get fed the same bullshit by your parents if they get bought into it, and by the time you realize all the bullshit you're fed in school/work/life it's often too late to make real changes in your life.

On the flipside, for the truly free, the peons are a lot easier to control. Lenin and Castro couldn't have done what they done without ignorance on their side. Perhaps the most important reason for mass ignorance is maintaining social order. But it's an opt-in/opt-out model; most people don't realize that.

Personally I feel like I am in way a prisoner of some kind of power structure, one that has no name and can't be seen or sensed. Even the president of the US is a prisoner.....it's like a process has been set in motion that is unstoppable.

I think it has something to do with the human urge to conquer. We can just feel that something is not working in our best interests. Is this global technology culture now conquering the world in our best interest? This globalization is real and the Romans were nothing compared to it.

These machines are mastering us.....it breaks the last remains of common sense.
