I'd prefer to be the Director of the Grey Operations Directorate.I can then legitimately say to all questioners of our counter insurgency policy " I'm sorry you are mistaken, there is no G.O.D."

Did Duncan-Binns blow his fucking head..I mean is he still participating in forums? Because he would be better under deep cover than Yorick but I suspect they may be partnered up in the sky.

It's snowed here 3x, so I would vote yes. I can't wait to get the hell out of here - but I've got too many things going (like my black organization listing research) to leave just yet.

The SAGA Continues!

Postby Herr VOLKMAR » Sat Nov 07, 2009 9:30 pm

Mr. Tom Bybee (Eligibility Technician 1):

Please, don't think me unkind for not responding sooner and ignoring your calls. It's just that cell phone maintenance in the backcountry regions of interior Alaska makes its use almost a matter of life and death, and, so, I must ration my calls and conserve battery power at all costs - the ability to get a re-charge being what it is there: NONEXISTENT.

So, anyway, having fled the Copper River Basin due to extremely cold temperatures and frigid weather, I feel obligated to report to your office that I've decided to take a "vacation" and spend those harsh winter months away from TAZLINA SW SUBDIVISION for the very competent reason that I do not wish to freeze to death at -20 degrees F.

Please, understand that I still remain a PERMANENT RESIDENT of the State of ALASKA, but, I must also remind your department (DHSS) that all citizens have and reserve the right to "go on furlough" and take vacations out-of-state. Remember? So, nothing changes.

Look for me to take this matter up again where we left off next Spring. Until then, with me being honest almost to a fault, here's where you can reach me by mail if necessary:

C/O GENERAL DELIVERY
3600 AOLELE ST RM 209
HONOLULU, HI 96820-3669

And, thanks once again for all you do!

Your "Person-Of-Interest",

W.S. Duncan-Binns
Lot 1, Block 2
Tazlina SW Subdivision
Tazlina, Alaska 99573

(907) 320-0257

Special Agent David P. Sobonya:

Today, I was able to return the forms your office asked me to re-submit with my signature and pertinent facts.

Since I cannot be 100% certain that the F.B.I. will receive my correspondences, I must ask that you inform me, in the manner most expedient to the Bureau, when, or if (since my letters have a way of "disappearing" in transit), you get receipt of the documents I have sent to your office from the Anchorage post office this morning.

Thank you for your time!
W.S. Duncan-Binns
(907)320-0257

p.s. I included this statement to assist your tracking:

Being the recent victim of an "extraordinary rendition" during my brief time in Latin America, it came to my understanding that I have been criminally profiled by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and subjected to the Central Intelligence Agency's "cruel and unusual" detention/interrogation techniques (probably as a direct result of the F.B.I. Behavioral Science Unit's psychological assessment).

Your "facts" will probably stem from before the time I was a student at George Mason University; and the period in question will probably date from my time in Panama City, Panama (where the bulk of the "Rendition Activity" occurred), Costa Rica, Mexico and Belize, et al., from October 2006 to October 2007.

p.p.s. Please keep me posted of all FOIPA-related developments regarding this FBI query; and, once again, thank you for your PATRONAGE! -WSD Binns
