Well,he probably isn't clairvoyant per se but one of many people who figured that our economic system was heading towards a collapse. Given that the above speech was done way back in '93 is pretty impressive.

i sort of subscribe to the 'pray your rear off while you row like hell for the shore' mentality.

I subscribe to the 'relax and let the current take me wherever'....for the most part. It's nice to be pleasantly surprised once in awhile and right now for the most part I am pleasantly surprised.

I notice that I edit quite a bit however which means that I'm still trying to get it "right". Trying to have no expectations is an expectation in itself.
