Yesss!!!! With Muslim New Year occurring at February in 2005 and the early January Hadj wrapping up for the most part well before Easter this is an excellent time that might work!!
And with an early Ramadan next October, the only other option would be late September. Albeit one of the bloodiest months for Iraqi resistance elements over the past two years, not exactly a good idea.
No doubt hostilities lessen during the Hadj as they have in the past and it can hurt nobody to name candidates in early January (as scheduled, yet prior to the Hadj) - then to have this, the first Iraqi election, scheduled following the return of the Muslim conscience refreshed after stones have been thrown in Mecca and Medina.
No doubt the League of Arab Nations can also appreciate elections being held *following* the Hadj at 2005. And with the event of elections on the immediate horizon, unburdening of the Islamic soul at Mecca and Medina can provide a more hospitable atmosphere at the polls, doncha think, even in spite of agressively uniformed and heavily armed presence of occupation forces that stir up resistance wherever they go - as oppression always leads to equal and opposite resistance (Einstein the physicist said this, i think)
Furthermore, an Easter election day comes closer to the previously established "Iraqi Independence Day" of April 14th that USSpooks under previous failed initiative along the same lines had feebly attempted to establish in an untimely manner - naming it too soon, pandering to their own design, yet also anticipating the subliminal event of democratic elections.
Another benefit at Easter 2005 is that Abrahamic Rival Faiths Judaism and Christianity get tied up with their own concerns at Easter..... enabling Iraqis to enjoy the spiritual privacy and freedom of thought that they deserve at electing their own leaders. Something that might only be appreciated at higher planes of consciousness as egregores eventually gather at one place unknown after passing through corrupted webs and wrappings at lesser levels on the astral plane and others (as practiced, preached upon and influenced from the imperfect mundane and somewhat earthbound political level).
LowCraw, I like Easter 2005 for Iraqi elections..... and then ballancing into April for perpetuity - assured of foundation in cooperation with further refinements along cyclical timelines into the future that can benefit the realm at large. All this and more from USInvasion at Iraq occurring in April 2003!!
