Well folks, it looks like full-tilt boogie for homeland security measures. Even in Kentucky a new agency has been created known as the KBI or Kentucky Bureau of Investigation.

But crime is at it's lowest levels nationwide and nothing indicates that a greater police presence is either needed or wanted here in the USA..... So what's the big deal??

My guess is that some kind of natural disaster is on the horizon that could shake the whole place into turmoil. Shifting of geodescic plates, earthquake from New Jersey to Vermont along the Ramapo faultline, Tectonic Rift at the Mississippi River valley that creates a Sea from Kansas to Oklahoma.

Ask yourself if Homeland Security really has anything to do with "terrorist threat" at all....... or does the Federal Gov know something that we dont know?

update: News Flash Flash!!!

Homeland Insecurity now allocates $31 mill to the Ky Commonwealth in defense of "AlQaeda Terrahist Attack".

But here's the rub - NONE of the funds are earmarked to shield, say the Bunny Hash Nuclear Power Plant, nor Richmond/Berea chemical warfare stockpiles that might be subject to theft, tampering or vandalism.

Instead all the dough is going into junk-tech computer toys for police cruisers in their black and whites. Watch and see as porn site visitation scandal emerges soon () Otherwise commonwealth county mounties have about as much use for keeping in touch via internet with global and national concerns as a fish has for a bicycle.

Meanwhile if/when the shit hits the fan and the planet gets struck, say with comet/earthquake or even meteor shower - Commonwealth Kentuckians will once again solve their own problems without taking laptop orders from hundreds of miles away, thank you very much.

C'mon folks, gotta see the forest for the trees. Does anybody honestly believe that Homeland Insecurity has more to do with the War on Terr than it has with some sort of unpreventable Natural Disaster headed our way?

Oh Holy Shit, Senator St. Joe Lieberman now has even proposed a brand new mega million dollar Tsunami warning system for the USA even though this hemisphere has not seen a tidal wave since Jesus Christ wore baby shoes.

What d'ye say... ... ...

Invest in Raytheon.
I know the law. And I have spent my entire life in its flagrant disregard.

It is high time we coin a more appropriate name. How about "Department of Fatherland Security"?
