With that said, and out of the way, I can now expound upon the
current crisis of the day. "I am being poisoned and drugged by U.S.
Federal Law Enforcement!" Will that suffice to explain my
inconsistency? "I haven't been in my right frame of mind since
SEPTEMBER 2004."

If you can understand the nature of COINTELPRO, be not confused about
its modern equivalent manifestation: The reason why the F.B.I. is so
interested in me, the reason why every FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY
is so obsessed with sending me to prison (i.e. the penitentiary), is
because I can articulate their tactics so God-damned well. I have
their playbook XEROXED; I have the "State Secrets" and the "Crown
Jewels" of STATE REPRESSION: I can write out in a detailed manner
every trick, ploy and stratagem the FEDS use, from the U.S. SECRET
SERVICE on down to the U.S. MARSHALS, to coerce, control and destroy
every AMERICAN citizen on their shit-list. You name it, I've seen it
first-hand; you've witnessed it, I have had first-hand experience of
it! The F.B.I. didn't want me leaving the country (as far back as
January 1999) with this knowledge; living to tell of "dirty deeds"
per se, but, outside of sending in a SNIPER TEAM to "take me out"
(i.e. to kill me), it's already too late. The facts are out there.
The only path the FEDS can pursue is a FORCED RE-PATRIATION
(extradition) at some future time. They will try to DISCREDIT me the
old SOVIET way: "He's CRAZY! A raving lunatic!"

(7) PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE (mental anguish through drugging)
(8) MURDER (HARD KILL & "soft kill" methods: assassination,
poisoning, etc.)
(9) CLASSIFIED "ADVANCED TECHNOLOGICAL" APPARATUSES used to induce
physical pain and altered physiological, psychological states (e.g.
Mind-War Technology, U.S. ARMY & AIR FORCE).
(10) TOP SECRET STUFF... you wouldn't believe it if the U.S.
DEPARTMENT of DEFENSE itself told you it was true!

Forget about those "spy-satellites" equipped with primitive 1990s
tracking device technology. That "eye-in-the-sky" can do more (much
more with your medical history and "socialist slave number/citizen
record" in memory) including the electronic inducement, via remote
control, of strokes (or T.I.A.), heart-attacks, psychoses (mental
confusion and dementia), and other untold ailments I don't have the
patience to disclose right here and now! As G.W. Bush said, "You can
run, but you can't hide!" These words have never been more true.
