When I'm in a crawl space under the middle of a house or on the roof, my Leatherman has saved me a lot of frustration. It also comes in handy when I'm fishing. Other than that, I agree.

I use the small pliers on mine as a roach clip.

I can't say enough good things about my Leatherman! It's an out-of-issue SuperTool from about 14 years ago. Still works like a champ and has it's sweet warranty intact.

Made in USA and I've used it for everything from home surgery (not joking, and a pretty funny story) to drilling out a pipestem to stretching/cutting barbed wire fences. It's my go-to toolkit when I'm expecting the unexpected.
