knife Steels

Hey, quick question. I know a lot of you guys know more about different steels for knives and tools than I ever will. I'm thinking of using 01 high carbon tool steel to craft my own bushcraft style blade with a friend of mine. Neither of us have experience with it, but it comes highly recommended. Anyone ever used it, or something made from it?

I work with steel quite often. Both stainless and regular steels. I don't believe I've made anything out of that steel. However, based on the specs it looks like that would work really well for making a blade. Have you got a process to harden & temper it yet?
