Been expanding on the Murph work out. As far as I'm concerned that's a great work out in the field if you don't have access to certain "things."

2.6 miles hiking in mountains with 25lbs. It's a loop and the incline/decline varies on what direction you go.
Come back do:
200 push ups - up to 150
100 pull ups - up to 70

Sledge hammer a tractor tire 6 - 8 boxing rounds with various positions and angles. Some times I pull the tire with the sledge hammer and if I still have energy I flip over the tire on end-over and over.
Damn...that kind of sounds sexual.

i mean no disrespect to Murph...just throwing out ideas. Working out can be mundane,
