Kerry shoots .7 with borrowed gun

Postby The.Duke » Mon Jul 05, 2004 8:40 am

Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry grimaces after missing a clay pigeon while trap shooting at the Gunslick Trap Club in Holmen, Wisconsin, July 3, 2004. Kerry shouldered a borrowed 12-gauge shotgun and picked off 17 out of 25 clay 'birds.'

I wonder if it's American or British?

Or French.
I'd whore myself out just one more time if I knew who to screw to get out of this grind.

Bang!

Clinton tried this very same thing in his election run up. Although I do believe he tried to come across as firearm friendly with some duck hunters.

I don't know why they even try. Neither dems nor repubs really believe in the second ammendment. Or atleast not the REAL intent of it. (hint: it's not for sport shooting.)

So they fool a bunch of yokels at the local firearms club into thinking they support private firearms ownership.

I thought Dems were supposed to hate guns.
When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies? To surrender dreams - -this may be madness; to seek treasure where there is only trash. Too much sanity may be madness! But maddest of all - -to see life as it is and not as it should be.

They do, generally speaking. Kerry has voted for just about every gun control law that's come up during his time in the Senate. The thing is, the Dems know that gun control is a vote loser for them pretty much everywhere except the Peoples Republic of California and New York. So, during election cycle, they pretend to be pro-gun and have their pictures taken in nice, pleasant hunting/sporting situations. As soon as election time is over registration and confiscation is back on the agenda.

Still, Kerry shooting a .7 implies some skill.

I can't tell if he's just unhappy, making a funny face, or if he's yelling out an expletive of some sort in that picture.
