Best Gun Movie Ever?

My vote is for Heat.

By the way here is the Internet Movie Firearms Database. For those of you who haven't seen it. Spent quite a while on this site, when I first saw it.

it's a great movie until the last 5 minutes.....those 5 minutes sucked balls.
Deniro's character would have killed Pacino's in real life.....he would have walked toward him in the crowd and put two in his head then driven off with whoever played the chick.

Ah we are going old school. I like "Shane", although it really is Jack Palance that made the movie. AMC has been showing "Pale Rider" and "Shane". Didn't realize "Pale Rider" is almost the same movie as "Shane"

Wilson: They tell me they call you 'Stonewall'.
Torrey: Anything wrong with that?
Wilson: It's just funny. I guess they named a lot of that Southern trash after old Stonewall.
Torrey: (taunting) What'd they name you after, or would you know?
Wilson: (while casually putting a black glove on his shooting hand) I'm saying that Stonewall Jackson was trash himself. Him and Lee and all the rest of them Rebs. You too

I liked "Fistful of dollars" more, but I think the Tuco character almost stole the show in "Good, bad, and the ugly".

Fuck yeah Tuco stole the show!

Tuco the rat, a.k.a. Tuco Benidito Pacifico Juan Maria Ramirez was like a father figure to me growing up.

However, my favorite in that series is "For a Few Dollars More" or "Per qualche dollaro in più" if you're of a filthy tommy pastrami persuasion.

Where life had no value, death, sometimes, had its price. That is why the bounty killers appeared.

Monco: Come on now, you know everybody.
Old Prophet: Don't know anybody anymore! I'm dead! Understand?
[Lifts his head from under the covers]
Old Prophet: Well, there was a time when I knew everybody. That was a long time ago, when all this was prairie. But lately everybody's in a hurry, with your damned good-for-nothing trains!
[Mocks a train's wheels moving]
Old Prophet: Two two two *three*!
[Spits]
Old Prophet: Disgusting!
[Looks back at Monco]

It appears that the "Hombre with no nombre" was actually named Monco.

Monco: [Examining Mortimer's gun] How can somebody in my business go around with a contraption like this?
Col. Douglas Mortimer: That contraption almost sent you to your grave.

Give some props to the Asians. Hard Boiled is a textbook example of how to kill hundreds of gangsters holding up a hospital.

The Boondock Saints had a few good gun scenes...especially with the Duke.
