The wire breaker notch:Works great, it took a few minutes to break some barbed wire, but most of that was because I had to be very careful with barbs on either side of the blade. Plain wire, can be snapped very quickly.
The black coating inside the notch took a beating, but I figure if your needing to use this feature for real, the blade finish is probably not a worry any more!

It took about 3-4 minutes to break it. Most of that was due to the barbs. Between them and the blade edge, it took me a few tries to find a grip that was safe and could bend the wire at the same time. Regular none barbed wire, breaks much faster.
