I have just confirmed that I am a gun nut.

methods of confirmation:

1. My internet browser bookmark for "small arms" is larger than any of my other bookmark categories. I have 14 bookmark categories.
2. I really like to hand load cartridges, even though I do it meticulously, grain by grain and all the brass prep, measuring and documentation that goes along with it.
3. I love to shoot.

I love guns. I only have one for now, but that's okay. I only need 2 (and a bunch of spare parts) to complete my small arms arsenal.

We knew you were a gun nut about 15 seconds after your first post, this announcement is about as startling as Elton John admitting he was gay.

Not surprising, I know but I think my level of gun-nutness has gone up, even though the # of guns I own has gone down.

It is so remedial throwing a bunch of metal around, but I cannot help myself it is so addicting.

Which school is on your hit list? Virginia Tech is the high score to beat.

You'd be shocked and appalled at the wussitude of many, many men. I know one fellow who's 50 years old, has never shot or owned a gun, claims to not like guns (how can he know if he's never gone plinking?), and has no interest in learning about gun ownership. Oh well. Cheaper ammo for the rest of us.

....doesn't that mean more expensive ammo? The more you sell to the more customers the lower the price gets. Right?
CRAP what am i doing? I'm correcting you over a petty comment to make myself look better, i'm becoming a real BFCer! My apologies

I only have 1 firearm bookmark (http://www.accuracyinternational.com - the photos are bliss) BUT can i still be classed as a gun-nut if in theory i have 10 firearms?

Sarah Palin, aka Lady BlahBlah. Yeah, that’s really non-partisan.

The NRA will never see a penny of mine.

Ok, that is quite startling, especially for the frog, but the point still stands
