I was just in a patch line that yesterday - not quite as tall - but the entire thing briars. I've been in there for the last month and well, at least the blackberries were tasty.

My boy micheal' eyes swell nearly shut from all the white flowers on the weeds. I inhaled so much I'm still coughing a week later.

Believe it or not I don't take photos of everything on the job, we also cleared a half acre of bamboo. We burned it and it gettingt late so I got the bobcat stuck in the mud right next to the fire. DOH ! You can hear me cursing, storming up and grabbing the camera away.

Thanks. Any chance it will help control bamboo? If so, how would one effectively employ it? Finally, once dry, how toxic is it?

On (running)bamboo use Glyphosate. -Round Up. For small infestations some people cut off each culm and paint the undiluted herbicide on with a small brush.

I use a blade-saw and cut all the culms down, wait untill the bamboo re- sprouts and using a backpack sprayer treat the leaves (after they have hardened off) with a foliar application of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glyphosate.

I do 3 treatments around four weeks apart, then you can step on or mow the reemerging culms. I've treated 600'x600' areas successfully with this method.

I have to agree, there is something kind of final about being chomped by a croc.

Hitoru. Nice bit of product placement in the bottom picture on that posting btw. Has RYP/HEST fronted up with the fee yet ?
