Recommended sandwiches/sandwich making material. Let me get this started...

Boom. Changed sandwiches forever for me. I recommend using it as a mustard substitute, not an actual mayonnaise substitute.

Home made habanero hot sauce or El Yucateco Kutbil-Ik are a necessity for me. Sometimes Aromat hits the spot too, it just depends on the sandwich. Right now my favorite sandwich is smoked turkey and bacon with brie and garlic aioli spread on a baguette. It's one of the few sandwiches I don't add anything else to.

Don't be too impressed, I didn't come up with that sandwich on my own.

Red beet horseradish, kielbasa and a fried egg on pumpernickel. Best breakfast sandwich in the world.

You can thank me later.

It tastes even better. Have it with a plate of krakowska or home-made soupie (soppresata) and some olives on the side with a decent beer and it's the perfect Coal Region Sunday breakfast. I wouldn't steer you wrong.

Now that's a sandwich. Add your own condiments.

As far as cold sandwiches go the mighty B.L.T. is king. I have mine on toasted white bread with extra bacon and lots of onion and real cheder cheese and a bit of Newmans own Italian dressing.
King of the hot sandwiches IMHO is the classic grilled cheese with bacon, lots of bacon.
That said, a pastrami on light rye and a kosher dill from Druxies back home would go down nice right about now.
Im reallly fuclimg pissed but fespite that I can still hit a tarfet at 1000m plus. mayVRVe bnot tonight but it qint beyond the wit if man. Nowhammy.
