....but Van Cleef blinks when he fires his gun, Eastwood doesn't.

only because lee van cleef doesn't even need to see to hit his target, so he doesn't give a shit if his eyes are open or closed.

did you know he was also a ninja?

he honed his skills in the iga province, but his clan betrayed him so he had to slaughter them all. i think that was right before he got into acting.
when they ask how you feeling
you tell em you feeling like something important died screaming
you tell em you feeling like something even more important arrived breathing

Very cool. Every so often myself and older colleagues, out on a shoot, say "let's Peckinpah the shot."...66 frames

I Saw the Devil. I can not recommend this movie enough. Those who have seen Old Boy will recognize Choi Min-sik. Too bad most Americans will only recognize Lee Byung-hun from G.I. Joe (I haven't seen The Good, the Bad and the Weird yet). This movie rocks! Choi plays a serial killer who kills Lee's wife. Lee is some Korean secret agent badass. The chase is on.

Sure, there might be some sifting involved and yes, not one of these documentaries is about a woman with her clitoris located deep in her throat but hey, it is free and they are movies.

I saw a documentary on that one. Unfortunately she only made a few thousand dollars for her performance. Talk about getting screwed.

It turns out I've been in remiss. I've forgotten to include The Blues Brothers movie, which was kind of silly but included many of the saints of 20th century American music.

True. Not only that...that movie is just plain entertaining. They just don't make these type of movies anymore.

I'm starting to come to the conclusion that anything by the Coen brothers is pure twisted genius.
