canary island rum

headed there for a spring break tourista semana con la familia. heard they make a pretty good rum there. they add honey to it or something & call it mielron. anybody sampled it before?

Indeed. Was introduced to Myers's tonight - terrific. Crazy that Tanduay is not popular in Taiwan but if it's not a single malt whisky people look down on it here.

back with my report. "regular" canary island rum is damn good. has it's own unique taste. if yer a rum drinker, check it out. the ronmiel - the honey rum is alot different. honey is added to the distillation process someway/how. is a much smoother and sweeter drink. the honey cuts the rum nicely. i recommend trying both.
