I haven't watched it since the middle of the first season when it became a soap opera with the occasional zombie.

What a fucking shit show.
I am the object of criticism around the world. But I think that since I am being discussed, then I am on the right track.

Would be funny if they cut the GA tax credits and the show had to move out of Atlanta.

Another fictional character wielding Lucille worth a view be Vic Alouqua IMO.
No url on account of seriously NSFW, she's a pornhub chick. Bat doesn't have barbed wire though so nothing too kinky.

Crawling Dead-wise: sucks they killed off Bull Randleman, I liked him.

So am I supposed to believe there isn't a single militant lesbian encampment in that post-apocalyptic Georgian wasteland?

Kinda accepted the reasons I even downloaded this are a mix of a minor case of OCD and the internets flows needing to get used up anyway.

Game of Thrones still kills it despite getting formulaic.
I kinda wondered if they had the Irish look the other way re: animal cruelty in the big battle last year, some of that horse-collision stuff was mighty intense.
The evil queen turns out to be a sh!tload more interesting than the good one. The dragons and icezombies are there.
I hope it will go out next year in a whole bunch of truly epic battle episodes and then a medal ceremony, nude executions and gigantic corpse-pyres, resolving odds and ends, maybe some bloopers... THE END.

Seriously doubt I will ever bother with the books.

Talk about walking corpses, curb is back. First episode sucks, the later ones are funnier.

Held off on 3rd season of True Detective, just got round to it.

Both leads are solid, lack of T&A and violence don't bother me and I genuinely enjoy that "small town in different part of America" feeling, defo less self-absorbed than the second season but that 7th episode at the very end, a familiar voice on the phone...

Mutherfudging Michael Rooker? HELL YES!!!

Looks like this is the TV thread now. Man in the High Castle is worth a watch. First season of Westworld was amazing. Season two, not so much.

Probably will be rewatching the usual stuff (Wire, Sopranos, classic curb and sunny philly plus a whole sh!tload of movies and documentaries) and after that will power through some of the stuff that didn't originally tickle my fancy.

Any new stuff I missed?

Peaky Blinders is worth suffering the first few episodes. Picard if you like space stuff.

Piggy-backing off of Devlin (and half the internets), Tiger King is definitively worth viewing till the last episode.

Next up for me is Dark, German netflix series with a bit of a Stranger Things vibe, seems lot broodier, less kids. Put it in the backlog after the first episode.

If this corona thing lasts till summer, figure I might give Breaking Bad another try.

Re-watching Bored to Death. Guess I have a thing for effeminate, neurotic New York Jews not called Woody Allen ;-)
Pretty good as light entertainment goes...

Movies mostly black and white stuff (as in old, not blacked.com)
