Nice. I always take my old helmet and hang it on the bars when parking around the city. So far no one has bothered to walk off with it.

Looks like M-A isn't going to show anything. So here you go, shaw-man.

The helmet storage seems pretty cool, I have to carry my new Simpson Carbon Fiber helmet when I leave the bike as there is no helmet lock on my R1

So is that bike of yours mounted to continental TKC80s or something else?

what kind of bike is it? Is it 700cc and if so, how does it perform compared to your other rides?

It came with Metzlers.

So far so good, but only have about 200 miles on it.

I already love it. Even pushing it around in the garage is fun, all that weight so low makes it feel like nothing. High winds on the bridge don't bother it. I love the torque and quiet. Still waiting for the luggage racks and such to show up, it will be interesting to see how it feels loaded up. Lane splitting is a breeze compared to the behemoth r1100gs I was riding. Hoping to hit track school in the spring, then we can see what it is made of.

Planning a trip across the Sawtooth mtns and Yellowstone this summer.

Suspension feels stiff. Tire pressure spec is high 36/42.

Oh, and first trip to the gas station, got nearly 70 mpg. Not bad.

It has good aerodynamics, it's a mid priced $800 Drag Racing helmet.
I hit 190+ a couple of weeks ago, and it was not redlined.

Someone once dumped a milkshake in one of my helmets while it was hanging on my bike.

Metzlers are good tires, I had a pair on my old Z1 900.
My R1 tires run 42 lbs front and back .It's in the shop now. I have new Dunlop Q3's on order, and there is a fucking recall on the bike, due to bad cam chain tensioner(s).
