I am working my ass off from home I know I should be grateful for that so I am. I now have a long term long distance relationship away from the office. So I am looking for the cheapest most beautiful house I can buy in the Midwest to live work and garden in not Illinois if I can possibly help it.

Dutch are going for half a lock-down starting tomorrow. Next 4 weeks at least. Sucks for those affected.

Tunisian President is considering a short full nationwide 24/7 lockdown, either Thursday-Sunday this week (which covers an upcoming bank holiday) or all of next week. Ouch.

What are you actually doing in Tunisia? I have enjoyed a few of your videos.

Thanks! I'm smashing out as many as possible, but they take a fair amount of time and distract from the important business of actually writing the book! Should have a fun video of exploring some abandoned tanks in a DP for you soon...

lockdown

Postby el3so » Fri Oct 16, 2020 9:51 pm

Starting monday 19/10/20 nation-wide curfew between 00h00 and 05h00, all pubs and restaurants closed and max of 1 visitor within 1.5 meters, sales of alcohiolic beverages outlawed after 20h00, all measures copied from the neighbouring countries (FR&NL) because we do not believe in original ideas and in the current climate no-one is willing to risk their political neck.

Dumb asses still will not learn, this sh!t is going to last 'till next fall.

French prez talked about the consequences of the different options, letting it run it's course 'd mean 400 000 dead French (his numbers) which is like twice and a half times as in the battle of Verdun (my comparison).
Closing up around here from next week onward for the next 6 weeks. Oh well...

So the President here in Tunisia just tightened our curfew to 8pm-5am weekdays, 7pm-5am weekends, with all businesses needing to close by 4pm. Also, no inter-provincial travel for next two weeks. Ouch.

The shockingly stupid Governor of South Dakota in the US just said "We feel pretty good" as their state hit 46%

My parents live in Wisconsin. I really think Nigeria would be safer for them but Nigeria is not allowing people from Shitholes to come over there with their diseases.

Another friend of mine in Wisconsin owns a Newspaper. She wrote a column detailing the COVID-19 infection rates and got death threats from some and demands from others that she include historical influenza death rates compared to COVID rates that do not include Co-Morbidities or deaths from those over 60 years old.

But they want Influenza rates to include those categories.

So yep, USA is full of dipshits.

Pretty sure we hit 230k today.
