I wish I shared your experiences. I’m in a different industry, but in my line of work, the younger as in 30’s down have proven to lack everything that made the old grizzled boys good at their job. I’m talking construction work here specifically, but if you take away the younger gen’s tech savvy, there is no meat nor potatoes to get anything done. Physically and mentally, they are inferior in this realm.
That said, in other industries, the young have a much better skill set and smarter way of doing things that the stubborn old goats couldn’t possibly comprehend.
