The guy who did it had his real Twitter handle in there as "John Barron's" publicist. I don't think he expected it to take off like it did; when I posted it, he had about 80k followers.
If you don't know who John Barron is, it was a fictional persona trump used throughout the 80s to talk to people about how awesome trump is. I kid you not.
